I’ve had some great feedback after last weekends Bird of Prey photography workshop and have seen some cracking images posted by the folk who took part.
So it’s my turn to say thank you to those who took part, Lorraine, Di, John, Bob, Jay, Kay and Barry. Also to Danielle and her well behaved (on the most part) birds.
I was particularly pleased to get this feedback from Bob, who had been gifted a place on the workshop as a Christmas present from his wife.
“Ashley (Danielle and the birds), I would just like to thank you all for an excellent and informative day last Saturday. It was made even more enjoyable with some very lovely people who also attended the course.
Having reviewed all my photos, I have surprised myself by the number of excellent shots taken, which I am sure was very much helped by the location, bird settings and your assistance.
For many years, I have used the AUTO, AUTO, AUTO settings as experimenting with the CREATIVE functionality always spelt DISASTER , even after reading many manuals and books. However, that one day has given me more confidence to turn the SELECTOR to ‘M’ and an increased enthusiasm to get the camera out, and get ‘snapping’.”
Well thats what I’m there for after all Bob and I’m only to pleased to pass on some knowledge to encourage others.
Here are a couple of the few images I took on the day myself, you guys kept me busy.
